Greetings and peace in the Dharma! I've translated and just published a Dharma Gift booklet, "Everyday Korean Buddhist Practices." It's a 64-page abridged translation of a much longer book in Korean (Saenghwalsoge Gidobop) by the late Zen Master Ilta, and it's mainly about lay methods for chanting, prostrations and why we prostrate, and spirit guiding practices.
